a) The service provider provides legal services, primarily consisting of representing clients in proceedings before courts, public authorities, and other legal entities, providing legal advice, drafting documents related to legal acts, preparing legal analyses, managing clients' assets, and other forms of legal counseling and assistance (hereinafter referred to as the "service").

  4. g) The general terms and conditions for providing the service are governed by Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on Advocacy as amended by Act No. 455/1991 Coll. on Trade Licensing.
  5. h) The service provider does not apply provisions on the choice of law or the choice of court.
  6. i) The service provider is liable for damage caused in connection with the provision of the service, in accordance with Act No. 586/2003 Coll. on Advocacy as amended by Act No. 455/1991 Coll. on Trade Licensing.
  7. j) The service provider provides the service for a fee, the method of determination and amount of which is regulated by the Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic No. 655/2004 Coll. on the Fees and Reimbursement of Attorneys for Providing Legal Services.
  8. k) The service provider has concluded an insurance contract for liability insurance for damages incurred in the performance of legal activities with the insurer: KOOPERATIVA poisťovňa, a.s. Vienna Insurance Group, Štefanovičova 4, 816 23 Bratislava, Company ID No.: 00 585 441. Detailed information about the scope of liability insurance and its territorial coverage will be provided by the service provider at its registered office.
  9. l) A complaint about the provided service can be submitted to the service provider at its registered office. A complaint about the provided service can also be submitted to the Slovak Bar Association.
